Every Alexandre Hekkers (BE 0764.314.369) jewel is crafted with precision in our ateliers. Your order will be prepared as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical delivery windows:

  • Belgium & EU: 28 days
  • International: 28 days (customs delays possible)

Delivery Fees:

  • Delivery in Europe: €30
  • Delivery in France & Europe (orders over €1,500): Free
  • Delivery outside Europe: €75
  • Delivery outside Europe (orders over €1,500): Free

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

💡 Re-shipping & Delays

If you receive a damaged package, or if your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@alexandrehekkers.com with your order number. We’ll work with you to find the best solution — a re-shipment or refund.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At Alexandre Hekkers, we want you to love your jewelry. If you change your mind or the item doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how returns/exchanges work:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition — with all tags and original packaging.
  • Certain items (e.g. custom-made pieces, engraved jewelry) may not be eligible for return — these will be clearly indicated on the product page.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at contact@alexandrehekkers.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will reply within 48 hours with instructions.

💶 Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or issue store credit (your choice) within 5 business days.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. If you prefer store credit, we’ll send you a unique voucher code.

📦 Return Costs

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and adding insurance for high-value jewelry.

📝 Additional Notes

  • Please keep your invoice or order confirmation; it may be requested when returning the product.
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item. Allow a few extra days for the amount to reflect on your card.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, damaged, or shows signs of use.
